He thinks its ok, to instruct another business to do work, and then not pay us for it... He instructs us to build a website, he is shown a website we did for another client, he liked it and approved it, we added his images and some text/ mostly dummy text and after first draft, he then says he's not interested anymore and wants to go elsewhere.. no chance to add his content or make it right.. he said he has other web designers and gone with them... we said the world don't work like that, there was no mention of a competition with other designers, you will see he clearly instructed us to start the work.. he needs to pay for our work building his site and if he wants to walk away with it unfinished ,,, his choice.. then fine... but he needs to pay his bill....
